The Loo on the 6th   - Treat it Kindly

The loo on the 6th has been used by many since its installation 4 years ago and has been much appreciated.

It operates as a dry, composting toilet and is generally self-maintaining. After several years the content will be compost, suitable to put on your garden, - provided it is treated right.

Unfortunately some people have thrown plastic containers down it – empty gel bottles! There is no way they will compost and someone will eventually have to fish them out!

Please use it as a convenient stopping point when you need it and only put the biodegradable toilet paper, which we provide, down the bowl.

Thank you – The Loo Committee
