ADDITIONAL LOCAL RULE
In order to protect the newly planted hedge behind the 7th green, the Course Committee have decided to adopt the following Local Rule which is in force with immediate effect and will remain so until further notice. Please note this new Local Rule is based on Model Local Rule E-9 (Defining an Area Out of Bounds as a No Play Zone).
The newly planted hedge behind the 7th green protected by rabbit spirals is out of bounds and is defined as a no play zone. The player must take relief under Rule 16.1f(2) if their ball is on the course and anything in the no play zone interferes with the player’s area of intended stance or swing. The player must not play the ball as it lies.
