Junior Friday Roll ups

9 hole Stableford first Friday each month

Arranged once each month on the first Friday from April to Aug. These are open to all juniors and a good start for those who do not have a handicap. These are 9 hole stableford competition from the Blue/Red/Yellow tees as appropriate, depending on golf ability on the day. A prize of 3 golf balls will be won by the best stableford score for the evening and this can be collected from the pro's shop

18 hole Stableford third Friday each month

Arranged once each month on the third Friday from April to Aug. These are open to all juniors. These are 18 hole stableford competition from the Blue/Red/Yellow/White tees as appropriate, depending on golf ability on the day. A prize will be awarded at the end of the year for the 3 best scores from the possible 5 events possible.

Junior Singles Trophy

Open to all juniors who have a current handicap. A singles medal played over 18 holes from the Red/Yellow tees. The winner shall be the lowest nett score and win the Junior Singles Trophy

Rabbits Cup

Open to juniors who have a current handicap and have not yet won any silverware. Those who have already won a major are ineligible. A singles medal played over 18 holes from the Red/Yellow tees. The winner shall be the lowest nett score

Junior and Adult Goblets

A pairs competition open to juniors and full members in any combination, male or female partnered with a boy or girl. A 4BBB stableford and the winner will be the most stableford points. Winning the Pairs Goblets

Junior Club Championship

Gross

Open to all juniors who have a current handicap. A singles medal played over 18 holes from the Red/Yellow tees. The winner shall be the lowest gross score and shall win the Junior Champions Trophy

Nett

Open to all juniors who have a current handicap. A singles medal played over 18 holes from the Red/Yellow tees. The winner shall be the lowest nett score and shall win the Junior Champions Cup

Junior Summer knock out Trophy

This event will be running through the spring and summer, you must to select and agree a partner. Enter the competition through the V1 App and post your results on the results KO sheet on the Junior noticeboard, in the normal way. The 'round robin' matches must be played by the closing date for each round. The winner will be pair with most points at the end of the last round robin matches. The Trophy will be presented at the annual presentation night.

  • Presidents Shield

These matches are arranged against other local teams. Normally a team of 4 players in a matchplay format.

General

All prizes will be presented at the annual junior presentation in Sept each year. Juniors shall pay £1.00 entry fee for each junior competition. A presentation evening will be arranged at the end of the golf season, normally September, when all the prize winners shall receive their prizes.
