Tom Way-Rider
Tom is the latest addition to the Professiional Staff at Eaton, joining the club in April 2011 whilst still an amateur. Tom officially turned Professional in August 2011, enrolling on the PGA Foundation Degree under Bill's tutelage, having finished a BA in English and American literature at Keele University in July of the same year.
During his junior and intermediate years, Tom was a member of the nearby Vicars Cross and Carden Park golf clubs, representing both scratch teams, and winning the Club Championship at the latter on two occasions.
Tom was also Captain of Golf at Keele University for 2 years, earning Full Colours for his services and playing ability.
Tom enjoys teaching the game a great deal, bringing a bright, fresh perspective with his coaching sytle, as well as being a keen player. He will be playing on this year's EuroPro Tour, alongside his commitments at the golf club. To follow Tom's playing progress please visit www.twrgolf.co.uk.
Away from Golf, Tom loves his football, playing 3-4 times a week in local 7-a-side games, along with having a vibrant social life, spending time with his family and friends.
