Bill Tye

Head Professional, Bill Tye, joined the club in April 2001. Bill qualified, with honours, in December 1988, wining one of only 15 Titleist Scholarships given out each year to the 200-300 newly qualified Professionals.

He then spent 2 years teaching full time in Austria during which time he became fluent in German. Following a ten year stint as Head Professional at Glen View Golf Club in Lancashire he came to Eaton.

Married to Julie with 2 children Rebecca and Cameron, Bill is a keen cyclist having raised over £2000 for Cancer Research through his efforts in cycling from John O Groats to Chester in 6 days.
