CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

A stamped, addressed envelope and the appropriate Entry Fee must accompany the entry form, otherwise entries will not be acknowledged.

Times and Markers will be arranged upon application. The times of starting will be posted to each first named competitor.

In the event of a tie (or ties) The Council of National Golf Unions CONGU Unified Handicapping System will apply.

Each entrant must be a member of a recognised Golf Club and hold a current handicap. All competitors will be asked to show their current handicap certificate. The committee reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation. All disputes shall be referred pending its decision, which shall be final.

No refunds will be made unless a substitute is found for your tee time.

If an event has to cancelled, a golf voucher will be issued valid for 12 months on a non-competitive basis. No refund will be given.

NOTES

Full catering facilities will be available.

Gentlemen may wear shorts of the tailored type whilst on the course, with knee length hose in any colour or white sport socks.

Smart casual dress is permitted in the Clubhouse, but jacket and ties are required in the Dining Room after 7 p.m.
